Watermill Training was established by Rob Dazely and Paul Noble .  As experienced trainers (backed up by extensive practitioner experience) they appreciated two key points: first, their skill sets complemented each other perfectly; second, that the ‘direct’ business model – as pioneered by Direct Line, among others – was equally applicable to the training market.

While both Paul and Rob have long trained in the PR sector, they don’t train the same topics.  Paul focuses on public relations skills, while Rob is an expert in personal development and people management.  Public relations needs skilled practitioners, but it is also the ultimate ‘people’ business.  These two seasoned professionals were a dream team.

But, by going direct, they could also give clients additional benefits.  First, costs could be reduced with no sacrifice in quality.  Second, dealing directly with trainers  enhances the quality of training offered by Watermill.

So Watermill Training was born.
