This workshop is for participants who wish to develop their staff more efficiently. It covers the assessment of staff development needs and how to meet those needs. Participants will be introduced to a successful method of delegation and coaching, as well as the methodology of coaching.Level

Outcomes
Delegates will understand what is involved in assessing and meeting development needs; the principles and some of the details of organising training and how to evaluate such training.
