Terms and Conditions

  1. Costs are based on courses being delivered at client’s premises; traveling expenses for London venues are included.  Expenses for venues outside the London area will be agreed in advance
  2. On request, Watermill Training can organise delivery of workshops at external venues, at additional cost.
  3. ‘Accelerated’ days run from 10am (prompt) to 4pm with working breaks and a ½ hr sandwich lunch (brought in).  Client commits to delegates not leaving training area and not to interrupt delegates.
  4. Some courses (eg masterclasses) require access to computers for practical work (preferably laptops in the training room).
  5. For new clients, an invoice of 50% of the training fee will be raised on booking (and payable at least two weeks before training date).  The balance (plus any agreed expenses, if applicable) will be invoiced at the end of the month during which training is undertaken and will be due within 30 days.
  6. For existing clients, training fees (plus any agreed expenses, if applicable) will be invoiced at the end of the month during which training is undertaken and will be due within 30 days.
  7. Invoices will normally be submitted electronically and paid by BACS (full banking details will be provided).  Please advise if alternative arrangements need to be made.
  8. Courses cancelled more than 20 working days before delivery will not incur any cancellation charges.  Courses cancelled fewer than 20 working days, but more than five working days before delivery will incur a cancellation charge of 50%.  Courses cancelled fewer than five working days before delivery will be charged at full cost.
  9. For customised training, clients should provide Watermill Training with a written brief covering objectives for the course at least two weeks prior to delivery.
  10. Clients should inform Watermill Training whether they have in-house training evaluation forms.  If not, Watermill Training will supply evaluation forms and provide the client with copies of completed forms.
  11. The client will be responsible for providing a suitable venue and equipment as agreed.  Watermill Training will provide an electronic copy of training materials for reproduction (according to the number of delegates) by the client.
  12. The copyright of all documentation provided is held by Watermill Training.  No part of these documents may be stored in a retrieval system or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior written permission of Watermill Training.  This clause is not intended to prevent copying and distribution of documentation for internal use by the client for whom it has been prepared.
  13. It is common practice for Watermill Training to give brief details in publicity materials of work it has undertaken for clients.  Unless a client informs us in writing that permission to give such details is withheld, it will be assumed that permission is given.
