On average, public relations consultancies get as much new business from growing existing clients as from finding new ones. In response, Watermill Training has launched a new course to address this key growth strategy. ‘Developing new business’ proposes a (structured and selective) time investment in gaining additional business from existing clients. Aimed at account managers and account directors, this new workshop examines tips and techniques for organic growth. Watermill director Paul Noble commented: “Winning additional business from existing clients is easier and less resource-intensive than winning new business from completely new clients. It therefore merits a systemic and informed approach.” |
