Dealing with Different Personalities
This workshop looks at participants’ personal/management style in a confidential, non- threatening manner, which helps target areas for self-improvement.  Participants discuss and work through six critical steps for dealing with poor staff performance. This workshop is aimed at participants who have direct responsibility for managing the performance and conduct of their staff.  The course covers the methodology of dealing with these sensitive issues in an equitable, and legal, manner.
