A new training company tailored to meet all the needs of the modern PR practitioner has been launched.  Watermill Training brings together two senior training professionals, Rob Dazely and Paul Noble, who have more than half a century’s experience between them. Together, they are able to provide not just public relations training support but also increasingly vital personal skills and management training.

Watermill Training will offer 35 courses covering all aspects of public relations, personal skills, and management training.  Paul Noble commented: “Watermill Training is a new kind of training company for the public relations community. Firstly, its courses are delivered by its directors; secondly, and more importantly, we are also the only point of contact for clients prior to their training, ensuring a cost-effective, flexible and tailor-made service.”

Rob Dazely added: “Watermill’s training portfolio is aimed at both in-house and consultancy PR practitioners and all courses - even personal skills and management - are delivered in a PR context.  We will be aiming wherever possible to tailor courses to clients’ specific requirements, to ensure a personal and relevant service.”

Rob has more than 25 years’ experience in senior management, strategic planning, managing change and improving performance.  He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  Paul has 30 years’ public relations experience in senior consultancy, in-house and academic environments.  He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.  Both are published authors.
