Rob Dazely is a highly-experienced manager, consultant, and mentor, as well as a personal skills and management trainer/facilitator. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has more than 25 years’ experience of senior management, strategic planning, managing change and improving performance.

Before establishing himself as a management trainer, Rob was a Director with the National Housing Federation and Regional Manager with the RSPCA. He has appeared as a national spokesperson on TV and radio, headed up a regional public relations and media team, and an education team working in schools, colleges and businesses.

He is the author of Professional Presentations (published in 2006 by Chambers).
